KDMM LLP Refund Policy
Returns
If you change your mind about a product you must let us know no later than 14 days after the day we deliver it.
In order for your refund to be eligible, the products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
Due to the nature of our products, our products are sealed for health protection and therefore we do not accept returns or refunds once these have been opened, unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of making the return.
Refunds
If you're sending your product back to us, we refund you within 14 days of receiving it (or receiving evidence you’ve sent it to us). We refund you by the method you used for payment. We don't charge a fee for the refund.
How to start a Return
Please email us at info@coreformen.co.uk with your order number.
Once we receive your email we will then provide you with return instructions and shipping details.
Once we receive your return and it has been inspected to ensure it is unopened, unused, and in their original packaging, we will then confirm your refund.
I haven't received my refund
Please check your bank account first and if it has not been received please contact us by email at info@coreformen.co.uk.
